Every storm job starts with making the roof safe and ends with a clear plan for the permanent repair:
Tarp-over or temporary repair to stop water getting in tonight.
Replaced or refixed, matched to your existing roof.
Lifted or loose ridge lines rebedded or mechanically fixed.
Lead flashing and chimney pointing checked before they leak.
Storm-blocked or pulled-away guttering refixed and cleared.
Dated evidence of the damage, in the format insurers ask for.
